I feel like I’m yelling behind the sound
Of twenty inch subs
And I don’t want to drive around
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m a fly in the wind
Of twenty industrial fans
And I don’t want to light the wick
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m running into walls
Of twenty thick bricks
And I don’t want to answer the calls
I don’t want to align the stars

I don’t want to drive
I’ve ran into too many walls
I’m seeing so many stars
Hearing all the telephone calls
The phone is so far
And I want to rove around on land
Undercover, through the water
Part waterfalls with my hand
Happy thoughts and I transcend
Under tables drawn with crayons
I feel like I’m seeing images
In the form of puzzle pieces, where I am
Compound eyes, multiple tries
The Ides of March, Pisces is my sun sign
But I don’t like to escape, I like to fly
I write and talk in hidden scripture
It’s non-fiction, larger-than-life detailed description
And I don’t follow bogus calls
But I’ll sit and listen
Like I’m in your shoes, I’m standing tall
Guiding my way down a mission

I feel like I’m yelling behind the sound
Of twenty inch subs
And I don’t want to drive around
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m a fly in the wind
Of twenty industrial fans
And I don’t want to light the wick
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m running into walls
Of twenty thick bricks
And I don’t want to answer the calls
I don’t want to align the stars

I’ll be gone tomorrow
Away on a vacation
Destination, any city in any nation
And I’d go as far to say
I won’t be sleeping in my own bed
So when I don’t return your calls
Don’t think I’m dead
But I do have one favor
Will you take care of my Escalade?
If you need a place to crash
I need a maid
Here’s the key and some spending cash
All you got to do, when I get back
Throw a welcome home bash
Here’s a list of guests
You can invite a few hundred more
Diversify; collaborate with the East and West
And I’m off the ground
On my way to the right place at the right time
I’m headed to the store
And knock, knock, knock
I’m at your door
I had a connection at the airport near your house
The rainstorm kept my flight on the concrete floor
So I thought I’d ask if you wanted
To hit the city’s premier spots
Per-fect the city’s most popular hobby
Eat a dish prepared by a Top Chef
And gather people in your city’s finest hotel lobby
Don’t you worry the next day I’ll be gone
I hope I showed you a good time in your hometown

I feel like I’m yelling behind the sound
Of twenty inch subs
And I don’t want to drive around
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m a fly in the wind
Of twenty industrial fans
And I don’t want to light the wick
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m running into walls
Of twenty thick bricks
And I don’t want to answer the calls
I don’t want to align the stars

I’m learning from all the thoughts and pictures
Forming constellations in my head
I’m sleeping on Halley’s Comet, my room is dark
And if you want to follow just look for the tire treads
Next to a skyline glowing with planets and stars
Cause I’ve hit more cities
Than your girl’s got shoes
Think a minute
That’s two per pair; I’m one of the lucky few
Life’s not fair, that’s more than true
I don’t care, I got my crew
Don’t cut your hair
Too – short
Cause life’s the like
You earn some cash and build a fort
Just to move on – take a hike
I’m dynamic; I’ve been around this planet
Just wait till they open Mars
Give me a shuttle and I’ll man it
Traveling from star to star
Stealing hearts
While you’re driving around in cars
Against the wind of industrial fans
Listening to the sound of subs
Shere-Akrhan, I’m making mine
Busting rhymes ever since I was a tiger cub

I feel like I’m yelling behind the sound
Of twenty inch subs
And I don’t want to drive around
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m a fly in the wind
Of twenty industrial fans
And I don’t want to light the wick
I don’t want to go that far

I feel like I’m running into walls
Of twenty thick bricks
And I don’t want to answer the calls
I don’t want to align the stars
