Tamales are on my mind
The heat-aaaah-hot-aaaah-heat
Hit with an icy breeze
I need a drink
Kick – n it in the warm and cold
Living in the Caribbean
Attracting all the Poles
And like Polo we ride on foals
What did you think of Summer
I’m ready for the Fall then Winter
The better don’t end up on top
That’s the weather
And our souls are lit hotterrrr
Than a stack of curry coals
And I’ll always remember your number
All the treasure and wonders
X marks the spot where we’ve dug all these holes
Lightning and thunder
The intersection of rods and bolts
Our rods and cones
Where it all began
Now it’s all we know

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

I don’t think I can run anymore
Do you want to take the Leap
Or we can take little steps on our way from the shore
I’d walk out knee’s deep
To meet you at the sandbar
The beach below the cliffs seems empty
I don’t have to be anywhere until Four
But it could always be postponed
I don’t want to close this door

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

When we walk down the Lane
I like when you hold my hand
We hit it off, I’ll be peas
‘Cause you must like carrots
With your abstract vision
“The World Is Not Enough”
I like our bond
Strong as a wall, mortar and bricks
Lakes, salt, rivers, streams & cricks
You’ll always be the captain of our Paper Boat
Navigate these seas when waves, or tame
I know you’ll steer clear as Blue Skies from the curbs
And with you it’ll never end
And with you it’ll never hurt
When the street meets the rusty metal grates
When we fall asleep
We’ll remember everything till now
Sinking back into the clouds

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

At times, I feel like we are from the Clouds
At times, we are the raindrops falling
At times, running into one another on the ground

The anniversary of a nightmare
We in remission, still in repair
It’s like this world is lost
No one wants to share
I’m thinking, the sirens blare
I’m speaking, the sirens blare
I’m hearing only the sirens blare
I’m dreaming, yah the sirens blare

We we’re stunned, sucker punched, I feel for the victims & their families much; gonna always remember, gonna move on ’cause the future is brighter than the distress flares, the future is louder than these siren blares
