[In a Loud Bar Setting with tons of chatter, clinking glasses, laughter]
Damn, nice work Sam. McCoy pop the champagne mannnn
Hey waitress can I get another Guinness. Actually make that a round, and five – wait al, drew, jay, kyle you want one [yeahhhhh!] – 10 shots of Jameson…

Cheers, I drink in celebration
Guinness after Guinness I’m getting wasted
I’m in good hands my life glistens
I have all I need, there’s nothing here I am missing

Cheers then tears
Life’s severe, conflicting tiers

Cheers, Tears, I drink in depression
Guinness after Guinness, I’m getting wasted
I sit here with my head in my hands wishin’
All I need is someone to listen

Trying to make it today could be the death of me
Talking about the way I’m headed towards the light I’m out at sea
Fourteen foot walls times four are surrounding the
Two waves by more keep clipping my knees
Falling in the west after rising in the east
Drowning deep after reaching the peak
Laid-back, it’s so easy to breathe
Nothing left to complete
Off the track, my engine has lost its steam
Nothing I can do to succeed
I’m jotting down my story on loose leaf
My dreams, failures and victories
Like so happy you’re sad, they’re so extreme they can’t be bound
It’s just another journal entry
Of a life graced with fame and ridden with defeat

Cheers, I drink in celebration
Guinness after Guinness I’m getting wasted
I’m in good hands my life glistens
I have all I need, there’s nothing here I am missing

Cheers then tears
Life’s severe, conflicting tiers

Cheers, Tears, I drink in depression
Guinness after Guinness, I’m getting wasted
I sit here with my head in my hands wishin’
All I need is someone to listen

Yesterday I was on the podium, I felt home
I had all the fruit, apples, peaches and pears
Diamonds, ice and gelato
Today it’s a mirage, a false sighting, rich’s glare
Swallow my pride, the gold’s now sorrow
I can’t wait for tomorrow
I’m not gonna run or go in hiding
But if I were you I wouldn’t follow
Laced up I’m moving forward
Headed in the right direction
I’m brick and mortar
My past is the reflection
And I’m lost in the shadow
Victory is a flash like lightning
Who pushed fast forward?
Crashes happen in slow motion
Failure stands still and loiters
The Bentley seats four
A cardboard box doesn’t own a foyer
Sips of champagne are so grand
Can I have a dollar, a glass of water
The everyday ups and downs needs a Martyr

Cheers, I drink in celebration
Guinness after Guinness I’m getting wasted
I’m in good hands my life glistens
I have all I need, there’s nothing here I am missing

Cheers then tears
Life’s severe, conflicting tiers

Cheers, Tears, I drink in depression
Guinness after Guinness, I’m getting wasted
I sit here with my head in my hands wishin’
All I need is someone to listen
All I need is someone to listen
